Changes. With or without previous written notice to Users, by replacing the wording of this Agreement or the description of the paid subscription plans on the Website, or by written notice to you, we retain the right to change the terms or specifications of any Services as we see fit. Unless specifically specified in the notification of change, any modifications will be effective right away. Your only option if any amendment offends you is to break off contact with Pracharbazaar Back links. Following our notification of the modification, your continuing use of the Services will be deemed your binding acceptance of the Agreement, as modified.
Further Services. Unless otherwise noted, this Agreement will apply to any new features that complement or improve the current Services, such as the introduction of new Pracharbazaar Back links services.
Service Use Rights. You are hereby granted permission by Pracharbazaar Backlinks to use the Services and the Website only in the way described in this Agreement and on the Website. The terms of this Agreement shall take precedence over those of the Website in the event of any inconsistency. Your use rights may be suspended or revoked at our sole discretion if you use the Services otherwise than as permitted by this Agreement or in violation of any of its terms.

Despite anything to the contrary expressed or inferred in this Agreement, we may at any time suspend or terminate any or all of the Services, with immediate effect after giving written notice, without affecting our other rights under this Agreement, applicable law, or otherwise. As the case may be, such suspension or termination may also apply to particular customers, business lines, or other entities, as well as to a specific jurisdiction or set of Users. Despite the aforementioned, only paid service users may, whenever practical, be allowed up to thirty (30) days following notice of the suspension or termination of their user account to back up any data that was kept there.
Additional Services. We reserve the right to use third-party service providers to deliver all or a portion of the Services, including but not limited to hosting companies, companies that process payments, businesses that provide information and communications, businesses that provide analytics, businesses that provide online advertising platforms, and businesses that provide advertising services and platforms. The terms and conditions of any third parties who provide any of the aforementioned services may apply to the User. We disclaim all liability for any services rendered by third parties.

Despite the aforementioned, only with regard to users of paid services, such users may, whenever reasonably possible, be given up to thirty (30) days following notice of the suspension or termination of their user account to back up the data stored in their account before it may be completely removed from their account.
Other People’s Services. In order to provide all or a portion of the Services, we reserve the right to use third-party service providers, including but not limited to hosting companies, payment processors, information and communication services, analytics companies, online advertising platforms, and advertising service providers and platforms. The User can be governed by the terms and conditions of the third party providing any of the aforementioned services. For any services rendered by a third party, we accept no liability.
Registration and Account
use the services. You have the option of using the Services as an unregistered User or as a registered User. However, if you are not of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction or if you lack the authorization to accept this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Services, whether as a registered User or an unregistered User.
Acceptance. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and give us complete permission to collect, process, store, utilise, and transfer your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice, a key component of this Agreement.
Displays made by users. By using the Services, you affirm and guarantee that (a) all registration information you supply is true and accurate; (b) you’ll keep it that way; (c) you’re at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into this Agreement; and (d) your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Invoicing and registration. You must create a user account on the Website and adhere to the registration requirements and guidelines therein in order to register as a User. The creation of a Pracharbazaar Backlinks User account is free. However, you will need to supply billing information in order to access certain of the Services’ paid features. You promise, as a registered User, to quickly notify us of any changes to your billing information.
User CredentialsAll of your Pracharbazaar Backlinks user accounts, including but not limited to your User login and password, are exclusively and completely your responsibility. You consent to keeping your login information private.
Users’ Obligations. Regarding your use of the Services, you are liable for everything listed below:
ensuring the safety of your User account and every activity that takes place there
preserving up-to-date account information at all times, including a working email address and billing details, and making changes as needed
accessing the Services, and such access might entail paying third-party costs (like Internet service provider or airtime charges), and
acquiring and keeping up with the gear required to use the services.
Disallowed Uses. It is expressly forbidden for you to use the Services in the ways described below or for the objectives listed below:
No Illegal Objective. The Services may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including any that violate copyright or other laws that apply to you in the United States, Hong Kong, or elsewhere.
Do not tamper. You are not allowed to use the Services in a way that interferes with their functionality or anyone else’s ability to access or use them. You won’t upload or send any damaging code, such as worms or viruses. Any use that disrupts or tries to disrupt the regular operation of the Services, including by hacking, erasing, enhancing, or otherwise changing the Services, is subject to the prohibition in this Section.
Requesting Permission. You may not, except as may be specifically permitted under your paid subscription plan, I copy, distribute (including by framing any of the Services on any web site), modify, enhance, translate, reproduce, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise attempt to exploit the Services or any data resulting therefrom without our prior written permission. This prohibition applies only to lease, resale, and sublicense ; (ii) Needs Permission. Automatic Questions There are no automatic queries allowed.
Testing and special access. You shouldn’t count on or anticipate the continuing availability of new tools and resources if you have been invited to beta test them or have been given clear access to “closed beta” versions that are not generally available to our users. Your promise not to share any information about these new tools and resources or your experience using them with third parties is a requirement for any such access to beta test new tools and resources, if any.
Assignment. Except as expressly approved by Pracharbazaar Backlinks in writing, a User may not assign, transfer, trade, pool, or otherwise deal in any of its rights or responsibilities under this Agreement or the User account. Any breach of the aforementioned limitations will result in the immediate cancellation of the user account. For changes in access under corporate subscriptions to the Services, we may ask you for a thorough justification of the changes in your situation, employment verification, and other pertinent information and documentation.
Deregistration. Your User account can be deleted at any moment. Keep in mind that doing so will remove all of your data and information that is now on Pracharbazaar Backlinks‘ servers, and Pracharbazaar Backlinks won’t be liable for any data loss or information loss that results from doing so. Despite de-registration, all Service costs incurred prior to that point will remain due and owing until paid in full.
Pracharbazaar Backlinks has terminated. Any User account may be terminated by Pracharbazaar Backlinks at any time for engaging in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, breaking the terms of this Agreement, or for any other cause in Pracharbazaar Backlinks‘ sole discretion.
